Next thing I know there is a lock over my lock stopping me from obtaining the necessary gear I needed for the job I was working on. The manager has always been really friendly and that is what bothers me the most. Kool person , but why lock my gear without notifying me first. I had called inquiring about purchasing a storage container. All the other places I called said…read morethey were unable to deliver the container and place it in my back yard without a crane. When I called I spoke with Derrick. He answered my questions and reassured me that they would be able to place it where I needed it. He recommended I stop by to pick out a storage container and speak with a driver just to verify. I showed the driver pictures of where I wanted it and he said it was doable without a crane or forklift. I purchased it and they came in the morning as they said they would and were able to place it exactly where I wanted it. They have great customer service! I highly reccomend them.

I explained to him what our needs were and he was very accommodating with both pricing information and the understanding that we needed a clean storage container. The pricing was super competitive and so we purchased a newly-painted 40' high cube storage container. The delivery of the container went very smoothly and the driver worked very hard to get our container spotted just where we wanted it. He had a little trouble because of a tree that was in his way, but he did a great job and was a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend Green Box Rentals. I think when people think of the Social Security office then they think of long lines, long waits and unproductive; however, in all the years I have visited this site, I've never felt that way. Service has always been fast. I think it would be faster if you made your appointment, but don't expect to be priority if you grab a number. You must expect a wait time. This location is actually faster than the Bakersfield location, so if you live in Delano and need to visit the Social Security office then just know your wait time will not be as long and remember while you wait.... it could be worse. The facility isn't too hard to find and the parking area is a tight squeeze. Staff is always friendly here and always helpful. You can tell the facility is cleaned regularly; which is always a plus!
