This location is BUSY which means sometimes the line can be out the door and the wait can be almost 10 minutes. The staff really know what they are doing to get you in and out quickly. It's the customers that come unprepared~ having to dig around for a receipt or look in their phones for an address. Come prepared, people! I've used their copying, shipping, and faxing services. Many of the staff are bilingual so that is a plus. read more

Came into this store with my sister about 10 minutes before the establishment was to close to use the computer and print out a document for our parents. The gentlemen at the counter was very courteous and helpful he did not rush us, and if anything started a conversation up. I believe he is the business owner. He really went out of his way to help us, and also let us know of other services he has. I will definitely continue to come here for any of my shipping or printing needs. read more

A diamond in the rough.... It's a long story...but... Live in Granada Hills, have a home in springville...needed a robotic cleaner for swimming pool...didn't work, needed to return to Amazon... had received a shipping label for one box ( it came in two) after going to the UPS store in Porterville, I was told I needed to contact Amazon for a 2nd shipping label... I was frustrated, after driving South I called Amazon again, and got some double talk. On a lark, went across Hwy 155 and found this UPS store at the Marketplace. The young man who helped me, was welcoming, and astute...after I explained my problem, he came up with an "out-of-the-box" way of looking at the problem.... He told me he could tape the two large parcels together, negating the need for a 2nd label...(charged me $1) I do t know your name, but you are an asset to the UPS store...hopefully, one day you will own your own franchise. I would give this store negative stars if I could. I was cut off at the intersection by a white sports car running the light. The lady in this car entered the parking lot and parked her car first. I waited for her to finish opening and closing all her doors and trunk so I can park. When I got inside she was looking at mailing stuff so I got in line since I was ready to send my packages out. The staff told me to go to the back of the line because they were holding her spot for her. I told them I wouldn't and they refused to serve me. They continued to admonish me for other customers to watch in attempt to publicly humiliate me into doing what they wanted. I ended up leaving this place because they wouldn't send off my packages and kept making me wait. It's not even about the spacing. But COVID allows this place to be rude to people. read more

Ive been to this establishment several times and the staff have always been helpful and courteous but on this particular occasion i was treated very rudely by the cashier she had a very bad attitude especially when asking questions in regards to shipment times and deliveries and what not her attitude was " i don't know you can pay for the fastest or the slowest delivery its up to you i cant tell you when your packages will arrive" so anywayou get the idea looking at the receipt it says cash name was Cindia. Missed a UPS shipment, guy took it to this location; I went to pick it up with valid I.D., license and pick up stub...lady said I needed the actual tracking number from e-sent to me, never needed it before, my nickname is on my address label which differed from license...fine, I'll change it. Had to go home across town, couldn't make it back until the next day...took tracking number, nope, needed license, same lady sent me out again, came right back, guy helped me, didn't even look at tracking number, took my license, asked me to pull down my face mask...do people really steal many packages from the UPS store??? In the middle of this pandemic and you have untrained people asking customer to take multiple trips in and out...and driving from across town, not fun. Train your employees better or hire someone who is willing to create positive customer service. I would have preferred if sales lady would have asked manager if it was okay for me to pick up my own package, instead of taking it upon herself and refusing service. Yes, I should have asked the manager the first time, I didn't think about it, this was the first time a tracking number was asked and where California identification wasn't good enough. The other UPS drop off and pick up across town is pretty bad too, for different reasons. Went here to do a live scan and it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted when I walked in and employee was kind. It took her about 2 minutes to enter my information into the system and about 5 minutes to complete the scan. The cost for the live scan is $52. I wouldn't complain about the price cause each place I go to do a live scan the cost is within $40-$55. I would return the the time comes. read more

Every time I come here I never have to wait in a line, the girls who work here are always friendly and helpful, and I'm always in & out of this place. The staff always makes me feel comfortable when I'm sending off an expensive package. I never get a crazy look or an attitude when I stand to watch them tape up and label my package. The AC is always on, which is a plus! I've come to this place about 3 times and each time has been a great experience. I did notice they sell funny birthday cards and other funny cards as well. read more

Then could be friendly, but they charge a lot. For example, I went there to scan few of my documents and then send that pdf scanned document to my personal email address. For this service they charge me $10.40. This price was ridiculously way too much just for a simple scan. I am very disappointed. read more

Horrible experience at this store. Called ahead of time for passport pictures because I was in a hurry and they said they were able to do it so we went in. They took my picture and then took forever trying to print them when I asked if they were going to take longer because I was in a hurry they gave me attitude and asked if I just wanted to come back later, which they could've just told me earlier so I wouldn't have been late to my appointment. read more

I'm giving it one star because I actually got my shipping taken care of after attempting to ship 1 time. This was my first time returning an amazon package that I wanted to be picked up at home. However, after carefully reviewing my schedule I wasn't going to be available for the pick up. I live about 50 mins from this location but was visiting a friend so I decided I would drop it off. The First Lady to help me just said nope you have to wait for the pick up and I said well is their anything I can do. She just nodded her head no. Thats when Cindia another employee said "did you read the instructions because on there it tell you want to do. Now you have to wait for them to drop off the label or contact amazon." I said ok thanks and went back to my car to fix my shipping. I corrected my shipping and went back in to ask if they can print my labels and she just pointed to the sign on where to email it. I said ok so it's $3.00 a page and she said it doesn't matter it's just $3.00. Once again I said ok. She rudely kept slamming the stuff I was shipping back so I asked "is it a hassle to return thing to amazon?" She then said "for you it might because you selected the wrong thing, amazon always gives you the easiest way to return but you changed it to pick up." She gave me the receipt I said thank you. And she said nothing. The point of my complaint is that you work for a shipping company and not everyone that comes in is aware of your services and has used shipping as a means for returning items. Please be courteous because not everyone who walk through those doors would be as nice as I was. My experience there was extremely uncomfortable and belittling. Absolutely horrible customer service I went in today to return a few items I had forgot my shipping label I asked the representative if I was able to print here she handed me a flyer I couldn't understand her at all. her tone of voice was rude once she was done she left to the back of the store I had no idea what she was doing I kept waiting I didn't know if I was to wait or not. It was an awkward transaction she was not polite at all. I will never come back. By the reviews I'm not the only one. They definitely need to have a course on customer service. read more

Did a couple shipments here before and a couple of projects to be printed. The staff here is phenomenal with their customer service. Dealing with the whole COVID-19 outbreak I'm glad they are still open regular hours. I have not been to this UPS location. I learned that you cannot attach a flash drive to their printers. You must use their computers and print from there. It was $2 to use their computer for the first 5 minutes. I didn't really have much of a choice. My actual print job was only 20 cents. So instead of paying 20 cents, I ended up paying $2.20. Overall customer service was good, the employee was friendly and apologetic but couldn't do much more to help me. However, I will definitely NOT be coming back for printing services. Perhaps, I will come back for shipping services. read more

The employees are very polite and patient with customers. This store is so convenient--they accept USPS, take lifescan fingerprints, passport photos, have notaries, and so much more. They even taped up my package for me for free when I dropped off a package, which never happens in the post office. Highly recommended. read more
