My porch was rotting at the bottom and the screens needed to be replaced! The molding around the door was rotting - you could almost see through to the kitchen! Painting ... repair ... they did it all! The attention to detail, ensuring that the trim matched the pre-existing trim, the dedication... It was incredible! Yonni even advised me on my color choice of paint, which was a real blessing as my original choice would have been a disaster! This was definitely a weight off of our backs! They were the best! Beth is kind and patient with scheduling and checking up, etc. She explained things and was able to answer every question we posed to her. She was also very flexible in allowing us to add some extra work on after we had already signed the contract! They were among the lower…read moreestimates, but their estimate was very detailed in what they would do, and they provided a 10 year workmanship warranty. (I chose 25 year shingles.) My roof is a hip roof, and is difficult to work on - there is one addition to the house which has no attic access from inside the house. In mid 2011, I noticed a bubble in that area's bathroom paint, (no water marks) and had no idea it was a roof leak, for months until it spread and finally broke through. Budget roofing sent a worker to patch up the valley between the roof sections, but advised that the collateral damage (replastering and painting the bath) should wait until after a few more rainstorms to make sure the repair was OK. It was not, and I recontacted them (went to their office in person) They sent a great, very professional, two man crew. They spent nearly the full day, redid the entire valley, left extra shingles if I would ever need any more work. After some more rainstorms, it was ok, and was asked it I had a painter of choice, they got a quote from him (he used top grade paint) accepted it, and agreed to cover all collateral damage. All was done at no cost to me. I cannot praise this company enough. The repair roofers even cut a tree limb for me that would eventually be touching the roof (it was barely reachable from the rooftop) I cannot imagine anyone else doing such a great job And no, I an not a cute young woman that they wanted to impress... I an 73! Please note - there are other Budget Roofing companies in this general area. I an reviewing the one at 1499 Winchester Road, co-owners Randel and Tina Whitt. When I checked them out in 2011 they had an A+ rating from the BBB, and they still do.

He was immediately answering our calls/texts & showing up in person to check progress. David even delivered doors, lights & extras. I cannot praise David & the Mighty Dog team enough for the quality & care of the the craftsmanship done on our home. David made sure to take care of every detail I requested down to small details like new house numbers, kick plates & slide locks on new doors. Of course the team handled special requests like tempered glass security storm doors, new entry doors, new handles & locks. Our 38 year old windows were replaced with modern windows. The craftsman did an excellent drywall job preparing for the crew to put up new trim around inside windows. Turned out great. Old water & termite damage was uncovered when removing original wood siding from 1989. The crew repaired, insulated & wrapped my home & hung new siding. All house trim & facia was replaced on porch. Crew removed damaged railings /columns & rebuilt brand new porch railings, columns. The crews were courteous, professional & extremely hardworking. I was very impressed & happy with the skills & level of workmanship of the crews, the lead, the project managers & (especially David, who happens to be everything rolled into one!) David kept this project rolling on track. He is a great human being to work with & a great new friend to have made. I would not trust these people now to do anything to my house. They respond that they were not a day late but they were. They respond that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get an estimate to the client. The representative said by the end of the day or at the latest, first thing in the morning. Its been nearly 72 hours now yet no estimate. If they would have just owned up to mistakes and said they would do better, I would forgive an never write a poor review. Their obstinance tells me they are too arrogant for that. I don't care how cheap the estimates is, I would not trust the work they would do on my house.
