I had originally rated 5 starts and had to change this. We…read moregot claustrophobic because all the campsites are jammed together. It is not too homey to see huge rv's on either side of you, and I'm talking like 6-8 feet away on both sides. I got fairly upset when I was low-key threatened with eviction from the park because my dog got out one night and did a little poop on the grass of our site, but I didn't notice until the next day, then I promptly picked it up. But I guess her husband wanted to mow that morning and couldn't because there was a poop on the grass. I'm a responsible pet owner, but mishaps do happen. Reminding us to be sure and clean up after him would've been sufficient, but instead, I got the cautionary tale of someone else getting evicted this month for letting her dog poop and leaving him in the fenced in dog area to poop at will whilst she did laundry next door. It was clean and quiet, and I don't discourage anyone from staying there. But I felt up tight, like I couldn't relax. We ended up moving to the lake. There is a laundry room with 3 sets of w/d, and the owners live on-site.

I have been…read moretrying to contact them for nearly two weeks, called different phone numbers, left multiple messages, and even stopped by their office to find out when I need my unit cleared out by and still don't have an answer. I am in and out of town on business and need to know when I have to make arrangements to have my things moved. The lack of response has been an ongoing issue with this business, but this is getting out of hand. I wish I could give 0 stars, but I'll settle for 1.

Truthfully I've had this storage until with my brother for a good 5/6 years. While we have been…read morelate before, we always paid it before it was auctioned off, or "dumped". We recently fell behind on payments due to me losing my job. This last week we went two catch up on our two months, like we've done before, putting the money in an envelop and sliding it through the door. In this time we've not once had a call or anything claiming it was bout to be "dumped". And items in there weren't ones we just didn't care about. For reference, yes I am saying it was dumped, because thats what was said by the person in messages. When we were informed about the units fate (after it happen), the guy was rude, or a dick as some might say. I'm out basically 200, because even though he got rid of my stuff, he kept the money I paid not knowing it was gone. Money I would of put to taking care of my child instead. The dresser isn't replaceable since it's been in my family since before I was born, some other stuff is. And I hope to god, i got everything document wise out of there.
