I think he did this because someone had dumped there drink out my window and was a huge stain on the passenger door I told the attendant about the stain and he said" no big deal I will get it off". We'll he did. He sprayed the car down then he sprayed something else on the stain, he scrubed it. He then washed the rest of the vehicle with the soapy brush. At 9:54 AM I reversed direction and squarely looked at the guy in the Volkswagen, who nonchalantly continued eating his sandwich. Perhaps they don't actually open until 10:00 Then why was the OPEN FLAG flying by the road? Why did he not acknowledge my presence and say something...... Very Customer UNFRIENDLY. Why would I or anyone use this business???? Sad that the owners probably don't know of his attitude. My advice is to go where you are wanted as a customer!

They have an in-bay automatic touchless wash that works well for my Tesla…read more Teslas don't do well in standard conveyor car washes because you have to drill down through the menu to enable Car Wash Mode. If you make a mistake, it can result in thousands of dollars in damage. Fortunately, Fitzy's in-bay system solves that problem. The car stays parked while the equipment moves around it, and a complete touchless wash takes about five minutes. I do wish they had more than one bay. During busy periods there can be a wait, and it's sometimes hard to find a nearby spot to pull over and dry off the residual water if you want to finish the job properly. Overall, I recommend Fitzy's.

I inspected it after and saw the dent, alerted the young man who worked there. He was very apologetic and acknowledged the situation, but said he just worked there and couldn't do anything. He gave me a number to call. However, I called and it went to a fax machine. I found the number online and it was the same number. The damage isn't severe, but was enough to make me upset. I usually use the self serve and the touchless service, which are far safer. If I do decide to return, I'll use those options and avoid the popular drive through machines. Cheers!

This is both in the DIY AND automated bays. Automated does little for the lower doors and rocker panels. No change from driving in. And never gets under the rear spoiler on my SUV. And, to top it off the free auto mat cleaner was broken. I emailed the company on all issues and they did not respond. Expected some reply to acknowledge customer issues. Radio Silence. A shame. Convenient to my route for errands and I like a clean car. Never get one here. UPDATE: Just had a good call from Scrubadub management. Explained Shrewsbury has very bad water they also have a water circulation issue they are trying to fix right now. Both contribute to the poor quality wash I experienced.
