I was recommended to go to Precision I am glad I did. A truck backed into me damaging my Kia Forte they damaged the bumper and hood. I brought it to Precision it took three weeks which was fine since the other company's insurance was paying for my rental but when I picked up my car it was like I was driving it of the car lot . They cleaned the inside and outside and my tires. The employees are very friendly and professional I never felt uncomfortable. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.... 2nd time dealing with them. First experience was awful, they treated me like I was a moron because I'm a woman- I've worked for insurance and auto dealers before so when they talked down to me I laughed it off. Argued over the repair parts I wanted and insurance approved and wanted to go with cheap aftermarket shit- my hood is still crooked. Very few repair places in the area and my husband took our car there a second time against my advisement. Had a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses on the console (which I purposefully left there when dropping off, had maybe 5 items in my car I knew I left there) and today after I picked up my car they were missing. Called the company- I didn't yell or swear on the phone, but I did ask that the technicians look around as "maybe they moved them when cleaning the car" no questions asked, just return them to me-- the person at Precision then "shushed" me and spoke over me . They called my husband and said they asked "the two people who worked on the car and maybe they were in the bag of items they moved"-- there was no bag and everything else was moved (to vacuum the car) but relatively back where it was when I dropped the car off- except the sunglasses I hope the burnout who stole my fake $15 ray bans enjoys the sunglasses I BAITED them with. Absolute shit of a business. Rude and apparently hard up on sunglasses. If you see someone in a Precision Auto Rebuilders T-shirt and black ray bans with gold frames, throw him some change he evidently needs to steal from people who work in law enforcement for the state of Massachusetts. read more

My truck was in a hit and run, and was still mechanically sound, but not legally driveable due to lights. I also had cosmetic damage on the bumper. I went to Precision on the recommendation of Toyota. I had to make an appointment for the body work, but they did have me come in immediately to fix the headlight so I could drive the car (and even popped out a good deal of the cosmetic damage (Mike stayed after hours to fix it for me, on a Saturday). When I brought the truck in for the appointment, it was done in the projected time, on the projected quote, and came out beautiful. They also had rental cars for very reasonable rates during the fix time. I did have to bring it back for another minor issue which surfaced, but they fixed it right away then delivered my car back to my home (again within the projected time, if not earlier.) I'm very happy with the work that was done and the service. read more
