Here are my opinions, based on my personal experience and things that I learned after having a nice bicycle stolen from a locked unit. Do not store anything you care about here, as there is a problem with theft. I only learned about the problem after my bike was stolen. Mine was not the first theft. This facility is not secure. Do not use the disc lock they sell, as they are easy to pick. The insurance they sell does not cover picked locks. Below I have attached the denial letter from the insurance company, which is proof that they will not cover theft if the lock was picked, as was the case for me and for others. Remember...these are locks sold to customers by the facility. So, do you get it? The facility sells you a lock and they sell you insurance. But the lock that is supposed to be secure can be picked in seconds and your insurance is worthless if and when the lock they sold you is picked and your unit is burglarized. The company did not let me know they have a crime problem. The company did know I was storing nice bicycles. And that I was days from moving out when my bike was stolen. The facility is frequented by homeless people. The working theory on my theft is that a homeless person broke into my unit by picking the lock. I am guessing the homeless people can gain access to the property without going through the front entrance. The surveillance camera system is poor. The files they sent to the detective did not show anyone with my bike. There are only a few doors from the hallways that serve the inside units, and not a single one showed someone with a bicycle? My bike was sold to a pawn shop, by a homeless person. My advice, do not store anything here, unless you are looking to get rid of it. read more

Too bad one star is the lowest you can give. Opened up my unit and found 8+ packets of rat poison all over my stuff in the unit. Manager stated they put the packs in empty units to keep rats out. Too bad those packs are meant to attract not deter. FYI I had no packs in my unit when I locked it and definitely no rats as my boxes are sealed plastic. Asked about MSDS and staff did not know when back and they finally found the info days later so I could find out the possible effects of the poison that is now all over my boxes and property thanks to the lack of knowledge of product or thinking through what the outcome could be. Also had unit two months and then the rent all of a sudden doubles with nothing more than a card in the mail two weeks before rent is due. Owner William Warner(name given by staff) needs to take a real look at your business practices and lack of management. Absolutely no sort of resolution, other than offering a couple cardboard boxes to replace my sealed plastic boxes, was offered and no care other than pay double next month for our mismanagement. read more

Another outrageous rental increase! No explaination of why, just a card to indicate I get to pay another $34 per month on top of the$205 I am already paying. The gals in the office are great, but management sucks. This is a tiny unit. If I don't pay promptly, they will auction it off to the highest bidder and there is a real going trade in abandoned stuff! Just one more greedy landlord in Tucson. read more

I'm only giving one star as you can't give less! My good friend had a unit here for a long while, where he housed his business equipment. The location's gate was not working, and they did not get it repaired. As a result they had numerous break-ins and many units were robbed! Even tho they have proof on the security cameras with the thief's face carrying out my friend's belongings they will not take care of their customers and are trying to skirt their responsibility in the break-in. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Run away, run away! read more

I chose this location because I wanted to store my bikes here; it's close to the river and during the course my lease, I noticed lots of other people also do that. The reason I'm giving this review a one star is because my unit was robbed and I lost all my gear. Thousands of dollars worth of equipment and electronics. I called to see if they would go through the footage and they said that's not their job so I had to call the police to get it. I confirmed: it is not their company policy. This location said they keep footage for a year and it was corrected to only a month and further corrected to less than 2 weeks. The maximum for their on-site insur policy is $5000 to which They suggested I file a claim and report it to the police which of course but I would also like for them to go through the video to ensure where my property went. Storquest assisted in the loss of my childhood memories. read more

I believe there is lax security at StorQuest. As I look at my antique furniture after a month at one of their facilities, several months ago~ it's damaged, degraded, hole-ly & otherwise not the quality it was before storage. Would not recommend, period. read more
