Eddy was super punctual, a great communicator, extremely professional and everyone at my shower loved him! He sent me a whole bunch of photos less than 24 hours after the party, and the rest the next day! He captured so many wonderful moments and made sure I had every shot I wanted!! Cannot say enough great things about Eddy! Will definitely use him again when the opportunity arises!!

We went to Toddlewood Studio for a "Santa's Workshop" photo shoot which was advertised as follows:…read morebackdrop, set design, toys, gift boxes, cookies, milk...a wonderful North Pole Experience (we may have an elf or two). False advertisement #1....there we no elves & the photographer wasn't even aware that this was advertised. False advertisement #2....there was no north pole experience. Just a backdrop and a chair for our son to sit in - which ended up being cut out in most of the pictures. If it wasn't for another winter setup that was there (which was nice & did include props), we would've asked for a full refund. The photo shoot also included cards. Tricia did offer us extra cards since the were no elves as advertised. However, we ended up not using the designs that were provided to us. They were unprofessional and looked as though they were done using Microsoft Word. I kindly declined to use Tricia's designs & said we would be ordering our own cards (which caused us to spend extra money). Because of this, I very nicely requested a small refund from Tricia - without bringing up any of our negative thoughts about the actual photo shoot & false advertisements. She agreed to send us a small refund but 3 months later we still haven't received it. She has now chosen to ignore us which lead me to write a negative review about her photo shoot.
