They were responsive, had a ton of different color and texture options (hundreds of choices) and did an outstanding job with the install. We wanted to reuse our remnant piece of quartz from our MBB project that had coincidentally been done by the fabricator down the street from Out of Sight. The fabricator (Rock Solid - AVOID!) couldn't cut a simple rectangle correctly until their third try. Even though Out of Sight had no responsibility to install another vendor's product, they came back twice on our behalf to install it, even taking it back to Rock Granite (completely unresponsive to us) to fix their errors. And OOS didn't charge us for the trips. THAT's customer service. We're thrilled with how everything turned out from Out of Sight. Strongest recommendation for custom closet work.

We heard from other Redeux customers that they could have done better on hardwood floors. Our experience aligns with this as our floors have multiple unaddressed squeaky spots. We had multiple sinks that were not fully caulked when installed. Thankfully, Geno, the owner, came out to fix them. During our countertop installs, I had three vanity countertops that were fabricated and installed backward. Two were fixed shortly after installation, but one still needs to be fixed. Geno confirmed the remaining countertop to be backward when fixing the shoddy caulking job. Finally, during the fabrication of one kitchen countertop, the cutout for our cooktop is not square on the countertop, so it sits at an angle.

I purchased a new build where the cabinets came from Greenwood Cabinets and Stone. During the…read moreinitial walk through, we noticed the cabinets were the wrong color. Neil was very apologetic and worked with us to get it corrected without issues but that was the only smooth communication we've had. During our final walk through, we noticed damaged cabinets with various scratches, chipped paint, and one cabinet frame in the kitchen was even broken. The builder got us in contact with Neil again to work with us to get it corrected from our inspection punch list. Neil came out to look at the cabinet, and said he would replace broken one right away and get the ones with damage touched up with paint. He took measurements then said he could expedite getting a new cabinet to replace the broken one. Fast forward a couple weeks, Neil called to say instead of replacing the cabinet, hes going to have someone else come to repair it. This was only the beginning of months of excuses and lack of response from his end. I ended up calling his business instead of his direct number in hopes to get some sort of communication for when the repairs would happen. I even started a spreadsheet listing all the times I reached out but never got a response, received an excuse, or got a promise that someone would call me back end of the day/next day but never did. Our first time contacting each other to get the broken cabinet replaced was September 1, 2023 and was told it would be replaced within 6 weeks. Then I was told it would be repaired (rather than replaced) before Christmas. I then reached out again 1/26, 2/1, then finally on 2/15 the cabinets were repaired. This isn't counting the numerous calls and texts from 9/2023-12/2023 with months of agonizing one-way conversations and calls with limited to no responses. Overall, I was disappointment by the lack of professionalism to respond and correct issues in a timely manner. What was supposed to be a couple month problem ended up dragging to almost half a year. We initially wanted to purchase a custom made kitchen island from Greenwood, but with a broken cabinet taking almost 6 months to fix, we opted to purchase it elsewhere.
