Most of the bids were flat rate for interstate moves, even though both towns were right on the border of each state and most bids were approximately $1,200. One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.

He also assured me how accurate his estimates are. We moved a lot of the items he estimated ourselves thinking our price for the move would be lower than the estimate. We were shocked when presented with a bill at the conclusion of the move that was 25% over the estimate! A HUGE discrepancy!!! When I tried to call to talk to Mark about the difference he refused to return my calls and the office said he was the only one who could help me. Horrible customer service!!!
