Come this summer, my tractor broke down so I decided to cash in the gift card. Called them up and scheduled a mow, and they said they would give me a call early the next week when they would be around. Well the next week came, no call. I called up to inquire and they said they would call me back that day. No call ever came back. Of course by this time, my lawn was looking like something outta the Amazon, so went ahead with another service company who *promptly* came and did a great job. Suffice it to say I will never use this company again. Why be in business when it seems you can't be bothered to do the work that others are trying to hire you for??????

There was only one pass with the snow blower on my sidewalk so only half the sidewalk was done and there were parts that were not touched at all including a no path to the street. I have a short driveway but it's 3 cars wide, so little snow was removed at the base of the driveway that only 1 car can fit through. There were so many days I was out there in the morning digging myself out to go to work only to look over and see my neighbors driveway already done by her service. You don't even have to guess who does my snow removal now.
