The barbers usually don't stay long so you're constantly changing barbers. I tend to keep with the same one when they do a great job. The only one thing I would say needs to change is the inconsistency with business hours. They have been changing over the past couple of year (not talking about because of the pandemic). Not sure how a business can stay in business like that but it gets frustrating that they change their days they are closed. Not even sure why they are not open 7 days a week like super cuts or other places. Also another piece of advice is that they should have an answering machine with a recording to say their business hours instead of us guessing that they are open. That would help out a lot. Other then that the places and price are great. (I'd give a 5 star but the hours thing is what needs to change)

Me: here's a pic of me with a shorter version of the cut I want and pic of the slightly longer version - less clipper and more shear work. don't normally wear my hair as it is now but I've been growing my it a bit longer so you can have more to work with because you're the pro. Barber: yeah, no problem. The result: a slightly trimmed version of the hair I walked in with (only now cut so it's the only way it can be styled.)! Me: that's nice. Here's your excessive tip anyway. She didn't know me or anything about my hair prior to me coming in, but within 5 minutes of talking to her, she had a great understanding of my hair and what I wanted. She was super personable, fun and sweet. She explains everything to you about color and makes sure you understand. She uses her experience and skill to make it the best outcome as well as making sure it's what you want. I got it touched up twice because the first was no where near what I wanted. I asked him to fix it and showed him the picture again and he was like yes I'll fix it knowing he had other clients waiting which was again EXTREMELY nice of him but it just wasn't what i wanted. I then went home to fix my own hair and re curl it because by 10 my hair was already practically straight.
