He was supposed to match the paint we used in 2 bathrooms and hallway to paint the kitchen, he did not. So now our kitchen is a different color and it stands out pretty bad. It was supposed to be a bright white, it's cream colored, it will have to be repainted to match the rest of the rooms. There's countertops on both sides of the stove. I recently proposed an exterior project and he quoted me $11700 in the beginning but later promtly reduced to $7500 because another 5-star vendor offered $6600 to do the project. I tried to negotiate a $6800-$7000 price to still perform the project with Miller Precision Painting but he rudely rejected with strong emotion. Based on my simple math calculation, he likely over-charged me by 36%. Also, Mr. Miller is just so arrogant during the whole communication process. I invited him over three times to meet in person but he never showed up as the appointments were. I am guessing it is because I have a foreigner face here and he never took me seriously. Overall, I have no problem with the quality of service provided. But the pricing and the communication needs to strongly improve.

The salesmen in the showroom were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about the types of flooring we were considering without being pushy. We made an appointment for someone to come out and measure the old floors. Then, we met Gene, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time to measure the rooms, and do a humidity test on the subfloor of the house. He explained the process, the timeline and he also gave us the estimate. We paid 50% of the total cost up front with the remainder to be paid when the job was done. Wylie's floor installers, Mike and David completed the job on time and they did an outstanding job! Our new floors are gorgeous! We are so happy with the beautiful job Wylie's Floor Coverings did for us!
