We hired Straight North for SEO/PPC marketing four months ago. Our experience has been very suboptimal at best. Our first account rep was very rude and unhelpful, and by the time we got a new account manager 2 months had passed by; our PPC account manager was essentially non present and they decided to stop offering us the ppc service .
