Not even 30 min into treatment I felt amazing. I didn't realize you don't have to be an athlete to see an athletic therapist. He tested my range of motion then worked on my neck and back with massage, heat treatments, and these metal tools called "graston" tools. He also sent me home with a plan of stretches to strengthen my neck and back. The clinic was so nice, it smells great and every element seems carefully selected to be calming. The receptionist was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back regularly!

The only complaint I have is that you can hear the exercise classes of the gym next door which does take away from the relaxing nature of the experience. However, it is intermittent and you can often avoid it by not going in the early morning or late evening.
