I had even asked her for a walk through before I moved in and she gave me some sap story that the owners were the only ones who lived before me so any damage the owners would know about and which is why I wouldn't need a sheet. She tried to get me for all this pre-existing damage when I moved out. I was shocked! She comes off as this nice lady who is willing to do right by you. I left the unit in impeccable condition. Better than when I moved in. I paid over and beyond and she kept going around to these microscopic spots on the wall in a house that hasn't been updated since the 70's. She goes around saying that owners don't like to change the paint color, but then I realize it is because they KNOW it's dirty and they can get the tenant to pay for any 'damages'. To put this in perspective, my whole experience was her gas-lighting me. Please be careful if you want to move in here. Demand a walk through sheet signed by both of you after you move in. Take pictures. Note everything.
