Daughter told that next day she would have an email to start trading, etc. Day 4, called Charles Schwab and told by them that there was a date that was wrong however they didn't seem to either to time to call or email that there was a mistake with the paperwork. I guess they don't need any new clients. Great learning opportunity for daughter in that if they don't care enough to get new clients go where you are treated as a person and don't worry about businesses like Charles Schwab.
