She took the time to review my warranty availability and discussed with me the best and cheapest manner in which to get the repair done. Even after cancelling an appointment because of the possibility of another repair crew that GE may send, she reassured me she would keep the parts she had ordered for my fridge repair in case they call their team to come and fix it. They keep the facility very clean at all times. When you rent a locker it's like you are the first customer to store things there. I can't say that about some of the other places I've seen over the years. They make you feel welcome to stop by the office and have a cup of coffee and take a break even when your just running in and out on those days when you really don't need to stop in. When I needed a larger storage locker they were very accommodating and had prices for my needs ready so I always know what price changes etc. are necessary with nothing hidden so I knew exactly what I will be paying and they allowed me time to move things over to my new locker.
