I booked a ride from airport to home using this service a month in advance. I travel with a dog and…read morelarge kennel so was happy to see they provide taxi service for dogs. I was skeptical on booking as they didn't ask details about my flight or clarify the size of kennel etc. I offered up the information but it didn't seem like he was keeping track of this for booking. I called the day before my flight to confirm my booking and the person I spoke to just said "yup ok". It sounded like he was driving so I know he didn't look up my booking. I ask for a call back to confirm this. A couple hours later someone calls and he says he can book me in for my ride to the Airport. They didn't have my booking and I had to rebook and clarify several times I needed a ride FROM the airport to home. He tells me go to door 10 on arrival. I get to the airport and no one is at door 10. I call them and once again get a guy that sounds like he's driving and has no time for me. I explain who I am and that I had a van booked to take me, my dog, large kennel and luggage home from the airport. He doesn't understand and thinks I need a ride to the airport. I once again explain and he tells me to go to door 7, there's a van there. I go to door 7 and no one is there either. I try to call back and every time I call, my call is disconnected and I get hung up on. I email them explaining my entire situation and can they please send the van I ordered. I get a response back to go to door 8 where all the cabs are and grab an airport taxi. No explanation of why my ride isn't coming, which is booked in advance (twice), or solutions to my problem. I've now been running around the airport with heavy luggage, a large kennel, a cat and a dog. It's -25 outside and me and my dog are freezing. This kept me in the airport for over an hour longer than it should have. Eventually a very kind man driving a van for airport taxi agreed to take me and my dog. DO NOT use this company. They are unreliable, disorganized and do not care. I have not received a response to my email I sent asking again for my booked taxi and explaining the whole situation and they left me stranded in the airport. They would not accept my phone calls and hung up on me several times. No apology, no acknowledgment of their mistake, nothing. Use another service, this one is a disappointment.

I talked to the owner the next day, he apologized to me, told me it was dispatches fault, and that he would call me later in the day to reimburse me the difference on my card for the double i had to pay to get home. No call the next day, majically the owner had left for india and would be gone a month. The individual left in charge argued with me on the phone to no end. I've always found that high quality road bike rentals are extremely rare to find, so this was a welcome service for me in Edmonton. In fact, this may be the only outfit providing road bike rentals in the city. Ben was highly professional and quick with leading me through the rental process. He went above and beyond my expectations, going out of his way to facilitate the pickup and drop-off as well. He also swapped out the standard pedals included with the rental bike with my own clipless set. The bike itself was a Felt Z95 and was in excellent condition. It included a tool bag, spare tube and pump that (thankfully) I never had to use! Based on my experience with their rental service, I have no doubt that their cycling tours (including one from Jasper to Banff) would be excellent also. Highly recommended!

We were picked up and dropped off in Churchill Square by the transit stop and Tix on the Square. We learned about Edmonton's history, culture, demographics, and even politics as we rolled by so many attractions and points of interest. Our bus was comfortable and the sound system was great. Our host Greg was a very cool laid back sort who made the trip very enjoyable. He stopped the bus a few times so we could take photos of the spectacular scenery. Some of the things we saw included City Hall, the Winspear Cocert Hall, Edmonton Sport Hall of Fame, Citadel Theatre, Whyte Ave Entertainment/Shopping District, Old Strathcona Farmer's Market, Garneau Theatre, Hawrelak Park, University of Alberta, Fort Edmonton, the huge West Edmonton Mall, the posh Glenora neighborhood, the Neon Museum, and the 124 St Gallery and Shopping District. Oh, and at the end of the tour, you get a free cookie ! It was a terrific way to learn about the area and see some very nice sights.
