Communication was minimal, there was no clear plan, and passengers were left to manage on their own late at night. We didn't get back to Edmonton until nearly 3 a.m. What disappointed me most was the follow‑up. Instead of acknowledging the customer experience, most of the communication focused on explaining why they weren't responsible or obligated to do anything. The tone in parts of the exchange felt condescending rather than caring, and the only gesture offered was a $30 discount code that requires customers to spend more money with them. That doesn't rebuild trust or reflect the time, cost, or stress of the situation. Based on both the incident and the way it was handled afterwards, I wouldn't book with MagicBus again.

I didn't have to drive, you can sleep most of the way there. They do a quick stop in Edson for breakfast and Supper Get you to the hill by 9:30am and Leaves by 4-4:30pm. We watched movies on the way home and relaxed after a day of skiing. Affordable and included a lift ticket. The driver and Guide were acomidatating and fun. Can't wait to do it again!!

We just made it to the motel in time for our mother's day supper. We did not see any of the sights for that day. They were squeezed in on Sunday so we had no time in Jasper to walk around the shops. The bus was very uncomfortable. No one came to tell us why we were stopped so long at Hinton until my husband went to see. He fell off the bus and scraped his knee on the side that he had a boot on for a broken ankle. All in all it was a terrible tour. It was our first and last bus tour ever!

The tour stoped at five different breweries. Our tour visited: - Bent Stick Brewing - Situation Brewing - Ally Cat - Blind Enthusiasm Brewing - Yellowhead Brewing Each stop you basically got a flight of four beers to try (with the exception of Yellowhead where you got a pint). It's a lot of beer, but over 6.5 hours so no one on our tour had too much to drink. Plus you got to meet some of the owners/brewers who explained a bit about what they do and what makes them unique. I won't review each brewery but they were all good, and in fact Bent Stick maybe my new favourite! In addition to the tour you also got a meal at Situation Brewing, a small goodie bag and discounts at each brewery if you wanted to buy some beer.
