I had endless problems with my Outlook email system recently and when the Nerds in Ottawa were super-busy and could not respond immediately, Matthew Kirkland stepped right in and took care of my problems. He also gave me some great advice. Because Microscoft had done 'updates' that had thrown my Outlook set up out of wack, there was extra work to be done to get my Outlook to work properly. He refused to accept extra payment. I have had computer problems over the years and used many other 'computer repair service' companies, but nothing compares to Nerds on Site.
