Earlier this year I purchased a house; initially, I thought about hiring Marcy Salazar but for personal reasons I hired someone else, this was the biggest mistake I have made in the last couple of years. Right after I moved into my completely remodeled house, I had basic issues such as water, power, AC, and many others. After noticing all these issues, I contacted the hired realtor and he stated there was nothing to do and I had to fix all the issues, I asked a lot of people for opinions, and everyone said it was a done deal so one day I thought about calling Marcy Salazar and listened what her opinion was. That conversation was like the light at the end of the tunnel for me, she directed me to the right people that could help me to fix all the issues. Marcy called about two or three months after to see if she could help in anything and explained how she would have handled the situation from the beginning, that is when I realized I hired an inexperienced realtor to handle the biggest investment of my life. If you want to hire a realtor that looks for your best interest you NEED TO HIRE MARCY SALAZAR, more than a person to work with, she is someone who will look out for you and your best interests, always willing to follow up with any questions, and provide the right channels to fix your issues with enough experience to create the best outcome for customers. There were several times when she went over and beyond the call of duty to get things done in a timely manner and to get answers to my questions. The day before closing, I realized that I was too ill to make the 1 hr and 20 minute drive to Tucson. She made sure the title company knew I couldn't close on the agreed upon date and rescheduled the appointment for me. Within hours she got all the paper work to me and to the seller so we could agree to a new closing date. The office staff were also amazing about sending me needed information and documents that needed signing.
