Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Our basement floor is no longer gross and we can finally setup and enjoy our basement. I HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Maintenance in a heartbeat.

We were told carpets would be dry in 3 hours and they took over 40 hours to dry. Then once carpets dried, every stain was just as dark as before they cleaned and there were chunks of dog hair on floor. Just to humor myself I used my little green portable carpet cleaner on the steps only. The water was black and I got chunks of dog hair up. The lady told me that unless you vacuum your carpets EVERY SINGLE DAY, there is nothing they can do about this...?? I then had my husband call and ask for some money back or them to come back out and do something different. We spent 320 dollars so this was a huge amount of money we are talking about here. My husband called and said "Wow, that lady was extremely rude. I'm not talking to her if she's going to treat me that way". I then called and she said, "Mam I literally just talked to your husband for 10 minutes about this. I'm not giving you you're money back and we already came out twice."
