Last year I only had the outside windows done. This year I opted for outside and inside. The two men who came were very nice and professional. They either used booties to cover their shoes or removed their shoes. I truly appreciate this since we always removed our shoes at home. They were efficient and did an excellent job. We have screens on most windows, as well as wood inserts/crossbars that must be removed before cleaning. No problem at all. Will definitely have them come back!
