And during the wedding all of the staff was so great, making sure everything was perfect. They gave us a super fair quote and let my mom have a taste testing before we gave a deposit. This may sound crazy, but some caterers wanted a deposit before you tasted their food! Crazy right?! At the first tasting my mom said everything was amazing, so we finally had our caterer. On my next trip home I did a taste testing too. They gave me soooo much food to try. Everything was good, especially the breaded chicken. I was a little hesitant having breaded chicken cause it sometimes gets soggy but not theirs, it was so good!!! More than expected!…read more I searched all over the Pittsburgh area for a caterer that would meet my needs for a Baby-Que! I wanted BBQ and the ability to taste the food before the event. I went one evening to taste test the food. They allowed me to bring someone with me and choose the items I wanted to taste. We tried the stuffed cabbage, pulled pork, chicken marsala, potatoes, and baked beans. We liked everything but the chicken. We mentioned it to the lady and she actually let us try the beef pot roast, which was delicious. This was served with their homemade horseradish. They supplied all the paper products and plastic utensils. They communicated with me before the event and answered all my questions by email. They were very responsive. During the event, they set up, cleaned up, displayed and arranged my cookies, cut and served the cake, and cleaned up the guests dirty dishes. They wrapped up all the leftover food as well. This was well beyond my expectations of any caterer. The 3 women who came to the event were very courteous as well. They were very pleasant to my guests. The only thing I wish they would have done was set up the buffet line the opposite way. I think traffic would have flowed a little better in the room we were in. I would recommend them for any event. Well got there Saturday about 545p was seated by lovely person she took our drink order the server…read morecame by brought them my first time there asked for recommendations she seemed annoyed we weren't ready to order it was busy but not crazy she obviously had friends sitting at the bar as she continued to go chat them up and stand there talking to them she came back lab out 10 minutes later took our order didn't see her again till I flagged down the nice girl who sat us and asked for another drink which she told our server she again having lovely conversation with her friends at the bar as I watched she grabbed my drink opened it and stood there for 10 minutes talking to them with my drink in hand finally gave it to me no mention of our food which well now 40 minutes in nothing back to talk to her friends at the bar finally after an hour our food came mine was cold missing so much stuff it was obviously been sitting under heat lamps my husbands fish was dry and over heated from being under heat lamps forever and when I called her out on it as I had to flag her down again she gave attitude and said I don't control the kitchen she came back with my missing food slammed it down and walked away at this point I demanded a supervisor I walked out didn't eat anything I did pay for my drinks I'm not unreasonable about that the food around me looked good and smelled good but I wouldn't know my food was inedible as it sat under the heat lamps so long it was a rock. Not sure I will try a 2nd time have to get over the fact I had to go out and get pizza as I hadn't eaten! Awful service from this woman too busy wanting to be with her friends at the bar
