When I called Bridget's office, I was able to speak with her directly, and she made me feel so much better about this complex process. I found her to be knowledgeable, honest, ethical and trustworthy. I also appreciated her tips on what to look out for throughout the process. Once my closing package arrived, she called me and walked me through every single document and line item, spelling out in simple terms what everything meant (from closing costs mandated by statute to definitions of terms appearing throughout the closing package to even tips on home ownership, including homestead and basic tips to manage the principle). She made everything sound simple while also advising me on what to be cautiously aware of. She also welcomed being on standby for any inquiries that were to come up. Overall, I was quite nervous but she made a lot of those nerves go away, and sure enough, when the closing appointment happened, I understood every document because of her explanations.
