Needless to say, they are not making much of a profit from me, and that is the point. My treatment in the store is always top notch. You would think that I am purchasing a multi-thousand dollar piece of jewelry. They are persistently friendly, helpful and accommodating. I'll close by saying that if or when I next am in the market for a costly piece of jewelry of any kind or purpose, Gilbert Jewelers will be at the top of my list of places in which to shop. Incidentally, their price for installing a watch battery is clearly the best in Rockland County.
