There are chairs in the building to wait at if you are coming in for something simple. He was very kind and one could tell he was an expert in his field. Let's cover the bases: First he's great through text and makes it very clear to send, wait, etc and confirm receipt .. even when you have tracking. Second, you already know he knows what he's doing because he's got the reviews and previous customers to prove it. His turnaround time of course varies based on the work load but in this case he resurrected a vintage 1970s Hamilton Chronograph G in record time and boxed and shipped it with tracking before I knew what was happening. Can't say enough about Mike and his craftsmanship but hey, don't cramp him, okay?!

I stopped by with a used watch I purchased from a street vendor to see if we could jump start it. He spent a decent amount of time cleaning the watch, inspecting components and determined we couldn't repair it without insurance a new movement. That would be too costly for a used watch, but I really appreciated his efforts. No charge for evaluating the watch. He has a great display of unique mini clocks here and affordably priced as they are beautiful! I recommend this business for sure.
