Be sure to communicate if you need more or less. This place has been around for many years and many of the same workers are their. Which is huge! Once we filled out everything they said we only had 10 minutes left for the treatment. We asked if they could make an exception since two of us were visiting from Germany. They said they had customers immediately after our appointment. Therefore, we decided not to even take advantage of the treatments. We were charged 50% of the price. I asked for a receipt. The girl said she couldn't print a receipt because the account is already closed out. So we left the place and waited outside to see if they actually had any new customers come in. They had one customer come in 20 minutes after our appointment was over. I know part of this ordeal was my fault, but the way we were treated was very unprofessional and rude. Since it was my first time here, I had to come in a little early and was greeted as soon as I walked in. My massage started right on time and my masseuse asked me what areas I wanted her to focus on. She did a great job, just the right amount of pressure and I added hot stones and it allowed her to really work the knots in my neck and back. My massage was so good, I went ahead and signed up for monthly massages. I want to continue to give myself self care. I'm worth it. Instead of stopping to properly address the injury, they continued the service as if nothing had happened. It was upsetting to see such a lack of care and attention to basic sanitation and client safety. To make matters worse, I watched the technician pour used monomer back into the original bottle after using it during the acrylic application. This is unsanitary and raises serious concerns about hygiene and infection control. Before starting, we specifically asked if the technician could complete the nail design we wanted. She assured us she could, but the final result looked nothing like what we requested. If a design is outside your skill set, it's much more professional to be honest from the beginning than to deliver poor-quality work. The experience was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism, poor sanitation practices, and the quality of the work. I hope the salon takes these concerns seriously and improves its training and hygiene standards so future customers don't have the same experience.
