There was no skill in my massage just pouring oil all over me and rubbing it into my skin. They did not know trigger points and The deep tissue was a joke, and she rubbed her elbows down the middle of my spine which really hurt. They did that to my husband as well. I honestly have never wanted a massage to end so badly. At the end of the massage when my husband and I were getting dressed, she walked back in on us and we were fully nude No knock, no warning nothing. Again, I am 100% sure these ladies are not licensed nor did they go to massage therapy school as I was a licensed massage therapist myself. Not to mention, putting hot stones on bare skins is a huge no-no. It is against a massage therapy's creed as it can burn people and causes lawsuits. I never asked for hot stones because I'm heat sensitive and they put tons of hot stones all over me, including hot towels. At one point, the rocks kept falling on the floor and they were picking them back up and putting them back on top of me that is unsanitary. They kept leaving the room to attend to other customers and answering the phone. They were answering the phone while we were in the room getting massages. The whole experience was just terrible.

Be sure to communicate if you need more or less. This place has been around for many years and many of the same workers are their. Which is huge! My only complaint this time is that the massage bed/tables are starting to sag in the middle which for me meant my back/hips were hyperextended. Not got for what I was trying to get worked out. Another guest without a code was allowed inside, yet I received noticeably better treatment ,massage after the bath plus a few additional goodies while using the sauna. The space was ready and her gentle style kept the atmosphere calm the entire time. The session stayed private and delivered what I wanted, including HE. Before I left she suggested a basic 30-day exercise routine. Communication worked smoothly with Google Translate. My massage started off rocky. She was doing a lot of jerky motions and the entire massage felt rushed rather than slow, relaxing and intentional. I told her that I wanted her to focus on shoulders and neck and that equated to a lot of rolling with her hands and oil in that area rather than slow intentional attention on that area working out the kinks. Toward the middle of my 90 minute massage she kinda settled in and I was able to relax. Overall, it was nice but it was far from the best massage I have had and a majority of the massages I have had were at a massage school in my hometown. Would I go again? Yes, I would. I recently received a massage from Jarian and it was very emotionally & energetically therapeutic for me. Back in December, I unfortunately experienced a traumatic event. I thought I had gotten past it, but it was during my massage that I realized I was still storing the trauma within. I scheduled a massage to address the pain at my lower back. But it was during my session that Jarian intuitively discovered the unknown pain, that I was carrying around my shoulders & upper back. When Jarian addressed these areas, I began to cry. It wasn't sad tears, but more so a release of trapped emotions. A very necessary and overdue release of stagnant emotions & energy. The entire massage was pleasant. Jarian has a way of tuning in to you & also has a relaxing rhythm. Jarian pays attention to the little things & always introduces me to a new technique that I would like to try with my own clients.

I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and she educated me on certain things which I thought was so great that not only can she understand my diagnosis but she knows what trigger points to avoid. She has done a concierge appt with me and I have gone to her location as well. Each time, so wonderful and I feel so great after.
