Thats why I found out about this issue with this company because they failed to connect my 220 v power correctly. They did not install the common wire on a 220 v which is very dangerous and does not perform adequately. i hired an electrician to look at this issue is when we noticed the miss fit thrown together pump that had been painted to look new. He came out quickly to estimate on the spot and followed up regularly. Always showed up early and stayed pretty late getting all my new stuff in. Willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations on the various things i was wanting to do. The installation took a few days and came out great with everything planted with care and excellent plants. He even went to another nursery to get the exact plant i needed when it wasn't available at the wholesaler. Great job overall and I'll probably contact him again for another area of the yard.

I normally never post a review but I was compelled to post this one because Blue Water did an…read moreoutstanding job. I called for a repair to a non-working station (2) and scheduled an appointment. The next day, Austin called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled, of course that was great (doesn't always work for some people but in this case an early arrival was welcomed). Austin found my problem immediately; it was a loose wire. Austin could have left but instead offered to check out my entire system. Austin and Jason found bubbling water at three sprinkler heads which of course means a broke line. He repaired one and capped two that we didn't need. He then checked all heads, cleaned and or replaced filters and changed caps where necessary to redirect water where needed. I requested he dig and cap three additional heads in a specific area. Austin suggested that I just shut them off in the event that I might need them in the future. I thought that was an excellent suggestion. He could have easily worked longer and billed more. He was more concerened that I might change my mind and need those heads at a later date (I think he might be right). I'm glad I didn't cap them underground. This system was here when this place was purchased and needless to say has never worked better. A BIG thank you to Blue Water and to AUSTIN. I was extremely impressed with this young Mans' work ethics and knowledge. I highly recommend Blue Water Nursery and Irrigation.

They recommended I just 'turn the system off until after the holidays" and then call them after the first of the year! Whaaaaat? I called him last week(August 20th) and ask what happened? He said he was 3- 4 weeks out even though he blew me off in May. This was texted to me!!!
