Wrote this once, but i guess the business must have disputed it. It is a real review please post it. It is an accurate account of communication with this company. If I could give zero stars to Riley-Sons Roofing and Construction, I would. What started as a simple request for a roofing quote turned into an infuriating, condescending ordeal. The owner, who seemed more interested in playing detective than providing a service, had the audacity to question whether I even owned my home. Excuse me? I called for a quote, not a lecture on home ownership or a rundown of their supposed "issues with clientele in the area." The unprofessionalism was staggering. Instead of discussing my roofing needs, they wasted my time with irrelevant, judgmental comments, implying I was somehow untrustworthy or unfit to request their services. The quote itself? Never even got to it because they were too busy interrogating me. Their customer service is an absolute disgrace, and their attitude reeks of arrogance. After the storm blew thru this past weekend I called Tim Riley and left him a message. He called me back right after he and his family got out of church. He set an appointment for Tuesday morning and was there promptly at 9:am as promised. I've used him and his crew before to replace our roof. Tim and his employee Cliff immediately assessed the problem of the water leak to the inside of our home and proceeded to fix the problem. In a little over 2 hours the problem was fixed. Like I said I've used Tim and his guys to do everything from a loose commode to a roof replacement and have had nothing but good things to say about his quality of work to his excellent customer service. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors and they have all thanked me for giving his number to them. His prices are fair and his ethics are beyond reproach in my book. So I would highly recommend that you give him and his crews a chance to earn your business. read more

I had a roof leak that I've been trying to get repaired for years. After a couple of fails by other contractors, Riley-Sons took the time to really look at the roof and the valleys where the leak was and figured out the problem. They gave me an estimate that was reasonable, and they did the repairs on a timely basis. The roof area where they did the work was very clean when they finished. I'm so glad to get this leak fixed! We contacted Tim to fix the entry gate to our back yard. He was prompt and very courteous and arrived exactly at the agreed-upon time. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable rate.
