Terrible. Booked them to pick my wife up outside Gravesend station at midnight. Gave them the time…read moretrain was in. No sign of them. Wife rang and the guy claimed he was there but she was late (she wasn't but even if she was, surely a taxi should wait a minute or two). She complained and he said she should walk to a taxi rank and hung up on her! Dreadful behaviour for a taxi firm to a woman on her own at night. DO NOT USE!
