Most employees are friendly but there is a huge turnover, so you rarely see the same one for more than a week. Curtains for doors in the bathrooms. I knew I needed someone who could not only give me the right training plan, but could also help with nutrition. I had a target to lose 12 pounds in two months prior to a special event. I utilized not only Robin's training sessions twice a week, but also hired her for her nutritional plan. I've worked in commercial/Olympic weightlifting/ CrossFit gyms for around 14 years and this is one of the more disappointing facilities. Broken machines, bent barbells and little to no enforcement of basic gym etiquette (specifically the wearing of a t shirt when lifting). You can get a peaceful workout in during the day but god help you if you show up after 7. High school/young college age kids stripping off their clothes (on the mainfloor of the gym) in front of staff that aren't on the clock and no one saying anything. I'm shocked there hasn't been a ringworm or hand foot and mouth disease breakout. Counting down the days until onelife opens down the street. The staff seem to be pretty nice on a good note.

An awesome husband and wife team are both motivating and friendly. They have extensive knowledge of training and whipped my ass into shape in a matter of months. I could not have done it without their accountability. The gym has serious clients looking to work hard while in class, but the sense of community outside of the gym is the icing on the cake.
