Joey was the person to help me stretch. Was my first time. Front desk was very nice and polite. Explained everything to me. Everyone was nice and it was honest relaxing. Joey explained the process and really knew how far to stretch. He gave me some tips at the end on what can help me with my strength and what work outs could help me with my stretching/ work. Over all I loved it this can be for anyone really from working out or maybe you work a lot. I have had a couple different therapists when I first began utilizing the Stretch Lab, however I only used them 1 time each due to the fact that the next day after my stretch, I was hunched over, my whole body was stiff and had difficulty walking, for the next few days. I waited a long time to return and I was assigned Manny, who has been the best therapist for me. He is very in tune with my needs. I always feel soooo much better after my visit with Manny. The good: The therapists are terrific The bad: The local stretch lab is basically an order taker and when asked to speak with corporate you have to email. The reason I wanted to talk to them was they said my prepaid sessions were going to expire. I said wait I paid for them how can they expire ? And I was told that is company policy and I have to email them. After I emailed them 5 days later I get a response THIS IS COMPANY POLICY. I found there were many competing companies who honor purchases and to my surprise some of therapists work there. EVERYONE BEWARE. read more

I scheduled and paid for an appointment through their web page. The appointment was for my 13 year old son. I added all his information including his DOB. When I showed up to the appointment the guy (Jesus) that was supposed to stretch him was getting a massage and he did not even know that he had a 5:00 pm appointment scheduled. He was upset because we interrupted him, I guess. I checked in and I was informed that he was going to be with us soon. Jesus came back and informed us that he was not completing the service because he checked with his general manager and due to liability the minimum age was 14. So why they allowed me to schedule and appointment where the DOB is asked and been provided. Made me drive all the way down there and tell me they can't provide the service. I was extremely upset. I don't know about many people but my time worth a lot . Horrible experience!! read more

BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH I signed up for a 3 month intro offer. In my second month, I let my therapist know that I wanted to cancel. My therapist was awesome. The cost didn't fit in my budget so that is why I was cancelling. For $289 per month gets you 4 visits. I pay my trainer $250 per month for 12 visits. So for me this was not my thing. In order cancel, you must sign a form and it has to be done 31 days prior to your expiration. My therapist brought me the paper to sign and I thought I was good. Evidently, the paper was given to me 2 weeks after the 31 days. I spoke with Sarah (supposedly the highest you could go) and she was very curt, not understanding and in flexible. I certainly wasnt trying to scam her. I shared that maybe the therapist wasn't clear on the cancel terms and she told me that it is not the therapists responsibility. WOW! I suggested she speak with the therapist to confirm I notified them WELL in advance. In my mind, I was held hostage waiting for my therapist to give me the cancel paperwork. How can I control that??? They owe me 12 sessions and I will NEVER GO BACK TO USE THEM OR RECCOMMEND. Sarah you just lost 12 new customers. read more
