I can't say enough about Dr. Andrea Watson and Dr. Ray Watson. They have created an extremely approachable and thoughtful environment for both chiropractic and fitness services. I've been going here for a few years now and I love it. I could never keep with a workout plan before. I was inconsistent and frustrated. These owners make it as simple as possible. I went in for a chiropractic adjustment due to some hip pain and kept going for the fitness. It worked. I haven't had that same hip pain in years. And, I'm stronger and gaining muscle. I was recommended to Dr. Watson by my pain management doctor. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was not really certain what to expect. She was wonderful. I had been having neck and shoulder issues for about 2 years and have gone for PT and other treatments. Dr. Watson was extremely professional, gave me great explanations as to what she was doing. I'm really grateful I was referred to such a wonderful place. Both Dr. Andrea and Dr. Ray have been life-saving for my back. As a physician, I don't trust a lot of people to manipulate my back but trust both docs here immensely. Dr. Ray got me standing straight up again after a really bad flare, and Dr. Andrea keeps me aligned, adjusted, and fine-tunes some of my trouble spots. The combination of two different approaches is also so great for my chronic back pain- sometimes you need a big adjustment and sometimes you need some fine tuning. I really have great admiration and respect for this business and I would highly recommend it to my friends- so much that I will even start referring my patients here for chiropractic care, weight loss/strengthening, and nutrition education. Dr. Ray and Dr. Andrea are a winning combination. I have struggled with a shoulder injury for about 3 years. I had been examined by doctors who found nothing that would indicate a serious injury. Previously, I had attended physical therapy on an average of 6 to 8 weeks every year. I went into scaled fitness to just see them for chiropractic services. Dr. Ray took the time and listen to my reason for coming in that day. I was greatly surprised by the attention given to my concerns. After my examination and checking my range of motion, Dr Ray proceeded with providing me with stretching exercises. Dr. Ray then laid out a plan to address the issue with my shoulder. I went into Scaled Fitness in February 2021 three months later the discomfort with my shoulder is no longer an issue. I now enjoy playing a full round of golf once more without having to skip holes. I have since joined the gym and I have lost 15 lbs toward my goal weight. I would suggest Scaled Fitness for all individuals who really want to make a great investment into themselves. My girlfriend hurt her shoulder on our way to Vegas. She was in excruciating pain. Found this place via Siri, with no idea what to expect. The price was incredible, $29 for a chiropractic treatment. Her pain wasn't going away and the staff went out of their way to take care of her. The treatment, and suggestions were really top-notch! It's a small gym, not a full chiropractic facility, but not crowded and the staff really seem to care about her issues. If I lived here I would definitely look into this place. read more

This is the best work out place ever! If you want to get in shape but don't have much time and really don't know where to start - this is the place for you! I pop in at any time I can with my kids, than Dr. Ray, Stacey or Dr. Andrea show you exactly what to do (best version for your body) and how to do it right. I stopped in at Scaled Fitness earlier this week to get a chiropractic adjustment on my neck and back. I walked in expecting to get some relief for my neck pain for a very fair price (and did), but left with a full membership for the chiropractic services as well as personal training. And I couldn't be happier about my decision. Five stars for this place is just not enough!! When I initially drove by this place, after seeing what all they offer, I thought no way can I afford this, it almost sounded too good to be true. Then I went and met Dr. Ray. I found one of the nicest, fittest, most knowledgeable and caring people I have ever met. I found this to be very affordable. This is one of the rare instances where too good to be true is absolutely perfect for me!! He just truly cares about the world being fit. The people who go there are all very nice, and all willing to help each other out. Over the years, gyms have intimidated me due to the stereotypical gym rats who just work out with their head phones in who are just jerks, and that has never happened to me here at all. Everyone truly seems to want you to succeed. Dr. Ray has gotten me to remember what it's like to push myself. I find I truly enjoy going to the gym, am enjoying learning how to push myself, and better yet, am having FUN while doing it!! Dr. Andrea, the other half, is pretty much a food genius. She will talk to you about food, answer all your questions, and help lead you down a healthy path, all while being truly excited talking about food, which is obviously a passion for her.
