Every staff member I've interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in seeing people succeed and achieve their goals. For anyone bringing guests, just know that the first time they visit, they'll need to sign liability forms--which makes total sense to me. The gym has no way of knowing if someone might hurt themselves, and it's standard practice (or should be). The massage chair was one of those better ones that recline to zero gravity and envelop your arms and hands and I almost fell asleep in it. My only complaint is that the none of the stalls have toilet seat covers and it needed cleaning because there was toilet paper and food wrappers in the corners of the stalls.
