I came into your gym and cancelled because I moved to Shelton. I was within my right to cancel under these circumstances and there were no issues when I did so. You sent multiple letters asking for my returned business. This is a dead issue as 5 YEARS has since passed. It's time for you to move on and work on ways to maximize profit that doesn't include attacking past members for fraudulent unpaid dues. Good luck to you and your establishment. I love the fact that if you do their workouts regularly, it *will* improve your health. There's no guesswork or sales pitches from personal trainers or other nonsense-- just excellent group fitness HIIT workouts. And the coaches watch your form while you're doing weightlifting and are there to correct you or make suggestions. It's the best of group fitness and personal training wrapped in one workout -- with motivating statistics and uplifting energy to help make you give your best every workout. I got a mile readout at 4:57, technically 5:00 if splitting hairs. The treads only go up to 12 mph, so I'd maxed out and then added 1.5-2% incline on top. Anyway, 'nuff said. After this gym class, I jogged a 5K roughly back to my AirBnB. But that's a story for another day. I've been going to OrangeTheory (OT) for about a year now, so I know what I'm doing. Which indirectly means that I know what I'm doing in this review of an OT studio. I guess the real question is, do I really know how to end this review. The answer is, no. I went to OT Tacoma one day while on vacation, and I got a pretty respectable mile time. Then I jogged a not altogether easy 5K back afterwards. I'm visiting from the Northern Virginia area. So, yeah. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I have little to no idea what I'm rambling on about. But anyway, this studio was pretty dope.

The GPA test measures flexibility, aerobic fitness and strength and gives you a grade out of a 4.0 scale. I can't stress how useful it is to have scientific results of your fitness that can be tested regularly to measure your progress. And in the results of the test, Blake can dissect your health and fitness with incredible depth and make ballpark suggestions on what to do to improve that you'd otherwise have to go through rigorous and expensive testing elsewhere to basically get offered the same advice. And best of all the service is so cheap and Blake is so friendly.

It was after that period of time with no call that I had to call back again and try to resolve this issue. My first call I was hung up on for some reason after being placed on an extended hold, so I then called back a second time. I was then told the manager was no longer available to speak with me. After explaining the situation to the call taker, they finally agreed to transfer me to the manager a second time.

We stop here". There's a huge gap where there should be more lockers and it's just unfinished plywood. There is one small bench for everyone that holds one person. The showers are gross and the water pressure is weak. And the locker room floor is finished concrete. Seems like a slip and fall lawsuit waiting to happen. No paper towels in the locker room at all.
