I knew I wanted to get back into yoga and decided to try out Tuladhara's new student special last summer for my birthday gift to self. Best decision of my 30's thus far! Fast forward to over a year now being at this studio: 1. I have never felt more connected to Self while practicing on my mat nowadays, all thanks to the amazing teacher staff here (special shout out to Alicia, Leslie, Laura, Sona and Caitlin!). 2. I am officially certified as a 200 Hour RYT myself THANKS to this studio. I took their 200 Hour training earlier this year and have since then graduated (extremely life-changing experience for those interested in becoming a certified yoga instructor or to simply deepen your practice). 3.
