They distract me with tasks, like telling me to drive the car throughout the weekend and the light should disappear. Barely got it home and the thing never worked again. My sales girl was brand new. Hasn't even been there three weeks so every time I called the owner didn't come in today. Didn't come in the next day or the next. I placed stop payment on my check even though I've already given $2000 cash too. Wrote them a demand letter for them to come pick up this piece of junk. Gave them a deadline and they blocked me from being able to contact them. They never called me. I did everything I could legally and next thing I knew there was police pounding on my door, ready to arrest me for grand theft auto and check forgery. The dealership didn't give the cops the phone number that we had been corresponding on the whole time. The dealership purposely gave the cops my business phone number which had not gotten up and running yet I just had it put on the paperwork. They knew that because I was purchasing this vehicle for my brand new LLC that I just started. I was excited to get my business rolling. But both numbers are on there so why would you give the cops a phone number We've never spoken on?! I was read my Miranda rights had to make an oath that I was not lying about my statement. Otherwise I'd be prosecuted for perjury was asked to handover the keys and they towed the vehicle on private property without a warrant. Legally, this is not a criminal matter. This is a civil matter and that is my property and this is private property and the vehicle was taken illegally. Dealership knew they needed to make arrangements because it's private property, they dodged me and never responded and sent me the worst letter claiming check fraud. I didn't even finance the vehicle I was paying for it outright. But after being ignored I stopped payment on the remainder and notified them immediately. Clearly the vehicle is messed up completely messed up and they knew it and they did it on purpose and now they're trying to come after me like a criminal! I documented the best I could so wish me luck because I'm going after them.
