I was quoted $160 to have my tires mounted/balanced that I brought to them. When I showed up, I received a bill for $320. One of the front desk girls was helpful and recalculated everything, but the $320 price stood. Getting a quote for $160 just to return the next day after service has been performed to learn that the price has now DOUBLED is foul and this tire shop has lost my business. I would recommend looking else where for a tire shop or get your quote in writing so you can truly hold them accountable. I will update this review if my unaccounted for $160 ever comes back to my bank account. read more

After taking my car to Day's on the other side of town to fix a noise it was making, they inspected my car for maybe 15 minutes without driving it at all and ended up quoting me 4 grand to fix my shocks, struts, sway bar links, and lower control arms. That's about half of what I bought the car for. I took it here to Crestview Tire and Wheel and they quoted me $300 after a thorough inspection and actually driving the car. All I needed fixed was one engine mount. The part itself was around $200, which was average pricing compared to other ones online, and they only charged me about $90 in labor. The noise is completely fixed and I now have no other issues with the car. They know what they're doing and ended up saving me thousands of dollars! They did a wonderful job. read more

We were traveling home from vacation and had a tire that wasn't holding air. We stopped here and asked if they could repair the tire. At first, they said they were short handed and couldn't help us. Then the manager asked us if we were traveling. When we said yes, he said he would take care of us. They were great and got us taken care of immediately and at a minimal cost. I'll first say the obvious. Every tire store sells tires. What they really sell is service! I dropped off a tire that was flat and they said come back in an hour and we'll have it fixed. An hour later I came with my truck and asked them to change out the left front tire (spare) on the truck and put the tire they just fixed on the truck. A five minute job at most. He said he was too busy to do that. I repeated my request because I thought he did not understand what I was asking. He said again he did not have time. He charged me $32.00 for the repair. Anyone that knows how flat tires are repaired knows that it takes a matter for minutes to put a plug in the tire and air it up. No service and over charged!!! Took my tire to Day's Tire down the road and they did it for me in less than 5 minutes for free!! They wouldn't take a dime for it. I gave them $20.00 for their time and SERVICE! read more

These folks truly helped us we traveled in our camper. We were headed to Pensacola for a new spare (after a replacement in Port St. Joe) when we found a bubble developing on another tire! We called our Good Sam road service and were connected with these good people. They ordered a tire for the next day and came our campground (rivers edge) the next day to mount and install the new tire. Of course things happen in threes and we realized we had another bad tire! They ordered two more for us and installed them on Saturday morning and got us on our way! Everyone was helpful supportive and took care of our needs!
