Once ready, fill out the kiosk to start your paperwork and they'll finish it out back on their end and print out your paperwork, have you sign and all that. Keep that for your records. I called Jim because my Japanese Arisaka bolt action World War 11 rifle was inoperable due to the…read moresafety being frozen and the bolt being jammed tight. I took the rifle initially to another local gun smith and he had no idea how to fix the problem . Jim seemed to know the problem as soon as he looked at the rifle and actually told me to swing back to his shop in a few hours. I said just call me if your able to fix it and he did the following day promptly. He had disassembled the trigger and fixed the problem. I can't tell you how appreciated I was due to the fact this was an artifact my uncle brought home from Japan after serving his country so honorably.
