While the motor was repairable, the valve was not. Finally time to replace the 40 year old furnace! The tech left, we owed nothing for the visit. They sent a quote on Monday with couple of options, we pulled the trigger and were put on the schedule. Install day arrives, and we're out with the old, in with the new in no time. They even installed a Nest thermostat we had laying around, and relocated it. (Needed to get it further from the wood burning stove). Highly recommend Martin Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs!
