I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 + years. It started at the age of 8 mowing lawns as a kid. I started my first real job at 15 doing mobile home set ups and repairs then at 23 I went and did satellite installation for Dish Network & DirecTV Then after that at 27 I want into retail for 10 years. At the age of 35 I decided I wanted to learn a new trade so I started working for a chimney sweep company and in 2022 I decided it's time to start my own business.
