Previous owners had installed tile over the floors. The guys who sold us the house had removed the tile and installed cheap carpet throughout. We decided to rip the carpet out and attempt to restore the terrazzo as a better, more durable floor. Being somewhat of a DIYer, I first rented a tool to remove the old tile adhesive mortar in one room. It was a major, messy effort, and it sort of worked, but I had created a new problem - deep scratches in the floor. Pedro brought in his equipment and did a couple of sample areas to make sure they could successfully restore the terrazzo before we committed to the entire house. They were successful, and we now have a beautiful sheen on our floor throughout the house. Excellent work by fine people!

STAY AWAY! I hired them to resurface my tub July 16, 2020,…read moreit looks worse now than it did before. Owner, Mike said it would look better when it dried and if not he would come back the next day to respray it. He left all the paper and tape on the tub "just in case" he had to come back. The finish is very rough like sandpaper, there are several spots they did not properly prep, and there are spots that did not get painted at all. Plus, there is overspray all over my bathroom. Well he got paid, the next day came and he ignored me. The next week I was able to get ahold of him, he gave excuses then said he would come back Friday or Saturday. Needless to say, he did not show up, phone went to voicemail and did not respond to my texts. I called him the following Monday, he gave more excuses but he did set an appointment with me for Friday 7/31 between 9-10. This is 2 weeks after the initial bad work. Can you guess what happened? Thats right, he never showed up, sends all my calls to voicemail and ignores all my texts. While waiting for him to not show I checked Yelp and BBB, why didn't I do that first?! Looks like I will need to sue him in small claims court to recover my money.
