However, we just recently moved to the area and live close to Cherrydale AND my eyebrows were super bushy and needing a good wax so I decided to give them a try. - Scheduling was simple (done online) and I was able to get in same day. As a mom of 2 kids, last minute scheduling is super valuable and online schedules are even better! - The place is very clean, but unfortunately has somewhat of a clinical feel. I am used to going to a salon that makes you feel warm and cozy instead of like I am at a doctors appointment. - all of the team members I interacted with were very nice. Grace makes the whole experience comfortable and not awkward, and I was surprised to find that the Brazilian treatment can involve minimal pain. She taught me how to breathe properly through the waxing process, which has made a huge difference in reducing the pain. The products they use are excellent, and they also sell homemade salt scrubs for exfoliation. The atmosphere in the building is really cool and welcoming, and everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. One great thing is that when you pay, you have the option to tip, and the tips go directly to the waxer, not to the business, which I appreciate. In the past, I've had to tip the waxer separately at other businesses.
