They scheduled me for 1:30 with Nicole. The place is low key but nice and every staff member I spoke with were very friendly. My esthetician, Brandy went over the Brazilian wax and made me super comfortable. She chatted with me and worked quickly and effectively. I lost any nervousness in the first 3 seconds. When it was finished she went over aftercare instructions, showed me their product line, and it was all over in 20 minutes. I booked my next appointment and took advantage of their buy 3 get 1 free for the summer.

I felt like she was applying a lot of wax, further in than usual, but then thought I was paranoid. When she handed me the mirror, it was immediately obvious my brows were messed up. When I said they were uneven, she acted surprised and said she didn't see where they were uneven. My right eyebrow is shorter and a different shape than my left!! Luckily it was my first (and only) time there, so I didn't have to pay for the brow wax anyway. I've never had my brows messed up like this, and now I have to start a new job Monday being self-conscious about them. Even requesting the first appointment of the day (8:30 a.m.) I discovered that Dr. Choe's nanny doesn't arrive at her home until 9 a.m. and she arrives at the office around 9:30 a.m. Additionally, the first appointment ended up being the 4th or 5th as other patients were seen before me in spite of me being there first thing in the morning. If anyone feels a bit claustrophobic, beware, as the times in those small, closed off rooms can about send one in orbit. Oh, and make sure that you specifically ask about any booked appointment. I arrived on time in my city to discover that it was booked in Asheville, without anyone informing me!

I told the…read moreattendant I was going next door & would be right back & went to Sally less than 10 minutes when I walked back into there office the front desk attendant was telling Savannah she "didn't know if I was coming back" & didn't realize I was standing there as she had lied. They refused my service & wanted to reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks out. She had even penciled me in like I scheduled I was back in less then 30 minutes as she advised. This was not the only time they have been rude & wouldn't honor a walk. A few times I a friend and I have called in but once arrived no appointments was booked. And the front desk attendant was very rude on my first 2 visits. I noticed certain clients are treated with kindness and respect. So I started back with Pelham. I called in to see if I could do a walk in for sugaring & was told told there was only one person that did sugaring would be available but I need to be there before she left & if not I could been seen by someone else not not sugar wax . I said ok advice I would TRY TO MAKE IT there but traffic was very bad. I called once I saw it was impossible to make it & asked if I could just be seen whoever was there. Few minutes later I received a call back saying I scheduled an appointment which I never scheduled I was told if I got there in time & my name was never given they expressed this when I showed up the next day that they cancelled my last appointment. I wasn't pleased with them making me an appointment after I clearly stated I was coming from the Simpsonville location upset and they scheduled an appointment. I even paid for membership but was told I could be able to use membership only at Pelham location after I had sign & paid for membership. I was under the impression that membership could be used for any location.
