I think a lot of other people appreciate it too because it seems busy, in fact the two or three times that I have been here for gas, most pumps were full. I'm sure it's just that I was here on weekday rush hour. Inside was friendly and there was no line. It's also useful as a convenience store, although it's expensive, as you would imagine. I will definitely continue to come back here when I'm in Pasadena and it's very useful. But not so funny or cool.

Yea it's another Braeswood review, but this spot is a spot I used to hit up every morning before I moved away. Even to this day, the attendant still calls me Emerson, and is fast and efficient. It's a typical Valero station. 4 pumps, coffee, hotdogs, beer, chips, and soda etc. But it's the service. I don't know the morning attendant's name, but she has cigs out for the regulars, calls everyone by their name, and runs a tight, clean store. Each time I've gone in there and she's there, she's never leaning, always cleaning. My point is, the station does it right each time.

I love the people that work there because they always have a smile, and they're always personable. Their coffee and breakfast selection is always a hit in the mornings. I love their selection! It's a clean and efficient gas station close to a popular strip mall full of all kinds of stores, which we go to regularly. I think they do a pretty good job and are a little bit underrated, but at the same time I guess it could be a better store, just depends upon your take on a good store. The air hose to vacuum barely sucks the dirt especially the one on the corner right after you get out of the wash by the wall. They used to have a blower to blow off excess water AND people to towel dry at the end of the wash and now, there's only a blower and they want to charge for towels for YOU to dry your car. The car wash itself doesn't even clean off everything well.

The prices here are cheaper than the ones in Houston I'd say, for the most part. It's a helpful location for a Shell station and prices are very competitive.
