    Great question, we do charge a 2hr minimum. However, any time used after the first 2 hours is prorated in .25 hour/15 minute increments.

    By far the worse experience I have had with any company. They let boxes fall and did not secure the…read morecargo in the truck. When they showed up, I saw many lamps and boxes had shifted during transit and had fallen. Most importantly, they destroyed my $650 computer monitor, by allowing it to either be stacked with other heavy boxes (when it clearly had fragile written on it) or had let it fall when they were walking it in with the handcart, and of course have refused to pay for it. They also constantly complained about having to move boxes upstairs. And today, while trying to use our pull-out couch, we noticed it was broken from them struggling to move it. We used the Erlanger, Kentucky branch. Also, the customer service representative and supervisor both were incredibly rude people. I would never recommend this company, steer clear.

I was under-quoted for my move, despite providing them with an itemized list of furniture, and items, and describing the square footage of my home. A one-day 10-hour move turned into 2 days and 16 hours total. 2. I was told that I would not need to empty drawers to prepare and that the drivers would take apart beds and wrap items for me and then was told that I was not fully prepared for the move by the drivers. They ran out of time and space on my first day, which resulted in furniture being left in my driveway for me and my family to get moved into the house at 9pm. 3. The movers did not move items to specified areas despite being asked and provided with pictures and I also had to remind them to take things repeatedly. 4. I was not provided with detailed instructions on how to properly prepare for the move, including cleaning out my deep freeze, the fact that they cannot move any paint, chemicals, etc., and that they cannot take apart exercise equipment to move it. I was not told until they were driving away that they could not move a treadmill because it needed to be taken apart and that they could not do this. Had I known this information, I would have taken it apart myself and would have been better prepared. I had to call a manager to come out to help resolve the issue which led to further delays. It comes down to poor homeowner education on their part to help prepare for the move and overall poor communication regarding what they can and cannot do. For larger moves, a on-site visit and estimate should be a requirement to avoid issues such as this as well as a pre-move call to go over the items and ensure that they are all prepared. This move was extremely stressful and was extremely expensive which may have been avoided had the company done their diligence in their estimates and in preparing the homeowner for the move. Terrible experience. I will not use this company again.

    I experienced the worst move ever with this company. Also, they have refused, short of a lawsuit,…read moreto resolve the issues that resulted in my rating. We moved on March 9, 2022. During the move floors were unprotected and gouged and scratched and walls were also scratched and gouged. A 3 piece wall unit was ripped apart without the connecting bolts removed. In addition, 2 of the 6 glass doors were broken. A dryer and freezer were both damaged and the freezer stopped working. Parts were left anywhere. For example, 2 futons were taken apart. At the new house futon parts were found in the garage, some in the kitchen and others in the basement. Shelves to a bookcase were not found. Trash was left behind in our yard after they left. This is not a comprehensive list, just the major highlights. I filed a claim, and almost 4 months later here are the results. The damages to floors and walls cost over $1600 to fix. They offer $0 to repair. The bookcase cost $1100 30 years ago, and $7000 to replicate. They offer $850. The freezer reimbursement offer was $60. I elected $10,000 insurance, but you see the results of my claim submission.
