ONLY after my unit was broken into, was I was told that this same unit had been broken into in the past. Then less than a month later my unit was broken into AGAIN.. What wasn't taken the first time, was cleaned out the second time. There are cameras but apparently they don't work, the police were told there was only a camera on the gate. So all the cameras on back of the property that would have caught images of the jerks that stole my stuff don't work. How convenient. Thousands of dollars in tools stolen and a grinder used to cut off my locks and not even the manager that lives on site heard or saw anything. Beware renting unit 231 / 232 at this place, cuz the manager sure won't tell you the history until it's too late.

We expected to have to sweep up pieces when it arrived and not one thing was broken! They loaded, unloaded, and drove very gently. They worked so hard, were extremely careful and efficient, and were very communicative. And they moved a packed out 1BR apartment in 4.5 hours. Highly recommend!

Even after I was upset at them for missing items, they were super attentive, kind and supportive. Of course, it turns out that I was an idiot and had not carefully checked all of my belongings. Nothing was missing and the situation was completely my fault. Throughout all of that, they still remained incredibly kind and thoughtful. These guys have a family business kind of vibe but they are extremely professional and good at what they do. Thank you guys for all the support and for tolerating my mistake. I stated that was perfect and that I would see him tomorrow... 10/27/19- Moving Day I got up extra early to make sure that everything was good to go so that this whole process will be as smooth as possible...10am comes along and I havent heard anything from them so I give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just running late which I get it because we have all been late atleast once in our lives...then 1015am comes around and still nothing...not even a phone call so now im starting to get a little worried...so I called Taylor at 1025am and it just rang and rang and then sent me straight to VM...I left a message stating that we were scheduled at 10am this morning and I still havent heard anything from them and to please call me back ASAP...it is now 1128am and still ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...NO PHONE CALL...NO TEXT...NO TYPE OF COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER... Booked these guys on 3/5 and then got a text on 3/11, 10 days before our move, saying they had to…read morereschedule or cancel my move because 2 of their guys was out. When I tried calling, the owner answered and said he'd call me back in about 30 minutes.... but never heard another word from them!! I've used these guys a few times before and they'd always been more polite and respectful than this. I think their cowardly and unprofessionalism this time has to do with the fact that they shattered one of my TVs the last time and I made them pay me for it. Oh, well... shouldn't have shrink wrapped multiple TVs together!
