From the moment we walked in the door, Tammy, who greeted us, treated us like family. Tammy and the…read morefuneral Director walked us through step-by-step, helped us make good decisions, and took the time to get to know us. We asked them for something fairly unusual for the funeral. They were divided to comply, and thought it was terrific. They went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The visitation was elegant. Everyone who walked in the door was greeted with a mini water bottle (it was in the 90's outside), and they were directed to us. Tammy created an absolutely beautiful memorial video with my mothers pictures, and people stayed in the room watching it some times three and four times. There was a very comfortable couch and several chairs in that room. In addition there were couches and chairs in the lobby just outside where it was very comfortable to sit and chat. The day of the funeral, they met all of our expectations, when I gave them my mothers song she wanted in the wrong format, they figured it out so that it could be played at the funeral. I didn't have to do a thing. We had a very intimate crowd and had a relatively short service, but throughout, everything was handled with absolute class. Tammy gave us a bag that had extras of the service folder she had made that they gave to people when they came to the visitation, some bookmarks that she had made with my mom's face on them, a flash drive with the memorial video so that we were able to make CDs for every family member that wanted one, two boxes of thank you cards, and some other items. It's absolutely a class organization. Also, we came in without a high budget, and they came in under budget. We couldn't be more grateful.
